The water soaked into the carpet in the landing of this staircase in New Brunswick, and the owner was afraid of stains. Our SERVPRO CCT carpet cleaning technician removed the water and the damaging water spots as shown, "Like it never even happened." The steps taken involved a specialized wand and portable wet/vac for starters. The tech selected the proper cleaning agents after testing for bleeding and damage to the fiber in a piece of carpet under the steps. After applying the product, waiting the prescribed dwell time, and then vacuuming the fibrous surface, voila. We get it down right.
