Commercial Fire Damage in Somerset Warehouse

This Somerset warehouse got lucky in terms of commercial fire damage. When SERVPRO technicians arrived on the scene, they found very little charring to clean up but a lot of smoke damage as seen in the Before Photo. The techs removed the clock on the wall and other small items to another area for wipedown. They tested the residues to determine if they required removal from the walls and ceilings as dry or wet smoke. Afterward, the techs cleaned away the remaining smoke residues using their professional-grade cleaning agents. After a fire such as this, odor control methods are part of the mitigation process as soot particles are also odorous.
